Overview: This position is created to be a team member of the WM APS team and to handle Application Support activities. Candidate will play a major role in handling Incidents, service requests and Application Support activities

Responsibilities: • Contribute to the Cloud Strategy, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, data sovereignty and resiliency goals. • Support recruitment, onboarding and knowledge transfer activities for the Technical Architecture and Cloud teams. • Mentor junior architects
